The Roberts Service Award has been presented at this year’s EPS EXPO held in Charleston, South Carolina. This award honors those making an outstanding contribution as volunteers and exceptional contributions on behalf of the EPS industry. The Roberts family, who founded Plymouth Foam, were longtime supporters and leaders in the EPS Association.
The winner of this year’s award is Ted Grant, Technical Services Director of Atlas EPS, a Division of Atlas Roofing Corporation.
A dedicated member to the EPS Industry, Ted has been with Atlas EPS, Division of Atlas Roofing Corporation for 19 years, as a Quality Manager, and currently the Technical Services Director. According to their website, Atlas EPS specializes in the development and manufacture of innovative, high-quality, HFC- and HCFC-free Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) insulation for construction, packaging and OEM products. Since the mid-1960s, Atlas EPS has played a significant part in the growth of technology and product applications in the EPS industry.They are headquartered in Byron Center, Michigan.
