At the 24th Annual Plymouth Holiday Parade, we unveiled this year’s partner charities! This is one of our favorite community events! It’s an annual tradition of ours in which we take pride in building a one-of-kind holiday float for all to enjoy!
In previous years, we have created Minions and other holiday characters to spread holiday cheer to all. Last year we showcased children’s books to celebrate literacy. This year’s float …put us in the dog house!
…Or so we like to think!
As has been our practice for many years, Plymouth Foam has again elected to make a donation to a worthy charity in lieu of providing holiday gifts and remembrances to our customers and partners. We feel that this way of celebrating the holidays is in keeping with the real spirit of connection with others and the true meaning of Christmas!
This year, we are very pleased to have chosen three organizations that exhibit care and compassion to animals helping them to find homes. They are Eastshore Humane Association (Chilton, WI), The Humane Society of Sheboygan County (Sheboygan, WI) and DogFace K9 Rescue for Military Veterans (Riverlea, OH).
These are tremendous organizations who are dedicated to the animals within our community. We encourage you to visit their websites to become educated on their services and adoptions. Who knows? Maybe you’ll have a new addition to your family in the near future!
