Our packaging this year emphasizes our capabilities, including Design, Lamination and Fabrication.
The reflective box liner is the BLACK MAXX version of our SILVER LINER Insulated Shipping Container system which uses NEOPOR, a graphite impregnated Airpop® EPS with an improved R-value, laminated with reflective polymer facers. The construction, including the corrugated carton, produces and insulated shipping container with performance comparable to a molded base and lid, but with significant cost reduction in logistics, mainly storage and delivery.
The interior component, which holds the bio-degradable flower pot, is fabricated (wire-cut) using our 1.5 pcf (pounds per cubic foot) white Airpop® EPS.
