Plymouth Foam, a leading manufacturer of innovative building, OEM, and packaging solutions located in Plymouth, WI, is seeking a successful and motivated candidate as a Manufacturing Manager in our Newcomerstown, OH location.  This team member will be responsible for overseeing and directing the plant operations which include:  safety, production, personnel and maintenance in our Foam Plant.

Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Operation’s Management, Industrial Relations or Business Management with at least 5+ years experience in plant operations management or advanced education in business or industrial engineering.  This candidate must work closely with operations personnel, shift leads and other staff within the company.  Literacy in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.   In addition to being self-motivated, this team member must possess the ability to lead and direct personnel growth opportunities as well as ensure quality production and inventory control within the facility.
